Ed and I would like to thank you for all your hard work in marketing our home.  We had it listed with Shorewest for 3 months but only got 2 offers, one was very low and we refused the other.

When your listing appeared a couple came in with much better offers, one of which we took to closing.

We like the way you kept us informed on everything and all the hard work you did from painting our pier to showing us how our previous marketing was not very effective.
